AP International Staffbuilders, Inc. is a POEA – licensed international private recruitment agency engaged in the recruitment, development, management and deployment of Filipino workers for overseas placement. It was granted a POEA license to operate on August 27, 2008 and holds offices in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga. Cognizant of the fact that the Philippines is sought after worldwide as a source of manpower because of our educated, trainable and highly motivated workforce with an excellent command of the English Language, it was organized to respond to the employment requirements of OWF’S primarily in Central Luzon.

Lemie Jane G. Pacia, Chairperson of the Board
Ms. Lemie G. Pacia is currently the CEO of AP International Recruitment, Inc. base in Canada. She was an OFW from 1995 to 2002 with stints at Hotel Sofitel as guest service agent and as finance staff at Mission Dye House, both in Los Angeles, California, and as Administrative staff at Tower Funding Corp. in Pasadena, California. Ms. Pacia is a graduate of BS Computer Science at Philippine Women’s University and BS Management at Letran College.
Leonida P. Azarcon, President
The visionary behind AP International Staffbuilders, Inc. is our Dynamic President Ms. Leonida P. Azarcon. She is a graduate of BSBA Management at Philippine Women’s University. Ms. Azarcon had a short stint as a OFW in 2002 in California, USA before taking the Entrepreneurial route in business.
